WHERE IS TRUE LOVE RENTALS HQ?
We are a small independent business run from home, based in Droitwich Spa Worcestershire.
CAN I VIEW THE ITEMS FIRST?
Yes! We would love to meet you and talk decor.
We have spent a lot of time carefully selecting boho items and collecting beautiful vintage pieces. We will pop the kettle on while you view our range of items and get a feel for their character and charm in person.

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
For Saturday events the hire period will be from Thursday until Monday. If you need the items for longer just let us know, we aim to be as flexible as possible.
CAN YOU DELIVER AND COLLECT PROPS?
No problem! We can take the stress away by delivering and collecting. Delivery and collection address to be agreed and is free for the first 10 miles. Anything further we charge £1 per mile from or HQ in Droitwich Spa.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?
If you are collecting and dropping back to us then there is no minimum spend. However, if you would like us to deliver and pick up then we require a minimum spend of £50.
CAN I MAKE A PROP REQUEST?
We are constantly on the lookout for new and interesting props so if you can’t see what you are looking for please do get in touch as we may be able to source it for you.
SO HOW DO I GO AHEAD AND BOOK?
We will send you a booking form to fill out along with our T&Cs which you must read and confirm by email that you wish to proceed.
On receiving your invoice, we require a non-refundable 20% deposit which will secure your reservation for your chosen date.
Your deposit will then be deducted from your final balance, which will be due 4 weeks before your event date.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A BOOKING?
Of course! As long as the items are available you can add to your hire order. If you have already paid your deposit, then the extra cost will just be added to your final payment. If you no longer require items booked you can cancel them, however the 20% deposit we take upon booking is
non-refundable.
WHAT IF AN ITEM GETS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING HIRE?
We trust that you will look after our props with care, however we understand accidents happen. When booking with us we will provide you with our T&Cs regarding lost or damaged items.
